Lousy communicators exist in every firm. The approach suggested in the blog is worthy of being attempted. However, don't you think that expecting such employees to reform themselves on such subtle cues is asking too much? In the event that such a fellow worker does improve his communication towards us, what about his approach to other employees? We should look for solutions that can help employees with poor communication skills develop as a whole. Good communication helps in an all round attitudinal change of the employee.
